Wedding photography and videography
Weddings are pretty amazing aren’t they?! Having the opportunity to shoot weddings throughout Hong Kong and the rest of the world is a great honour and one we hold dear to our hearts.
L’hotel wedding photography is something that we have become very accustomed to as wedding photographers but each wedding has its own unique twist.
Yan and Ping chose L’hotel in Tsuen Wan because of its amazing outdoor locations as well as its sophisticated interiors and the results speak for themselves.
A short walk away from L’hotel Nina took us to Tsuen Wan Riviera Park where we captured some intimate portrait shots and created some fun group photos with the bridal party.
This is a great venue to photograph but Yan and Ping made it even better with their fun and charismatic personalities.

December Weddings in Hong Kong
December is a great time to get married in Hong Kong. The weather is much cooler and the air is less humid than the summer months.
Yan and Ping opted for a mid December date for their L’hotel wedding and this was just perfect for taking photos outdoors in Tsuen Wan Riviera Park.
As with most Chinese weddings Yan and Ping chose an auspicious wedding date to declare their love for one another.
Auspicious dates are typically found by numerological analysis of the date in the Chinese calendar. An auspicious date is said to bring the couple good luck in their marriage and is very important within Chinese culture.
As you will see from the photos along the harbour front we definitely got very lucky with the lighting.
The sun was setting perfectly behind the city skyline and this presented the opportunity to create some stunning portraits of our couple.
L’Hotel Wedding Video
Yan and Ping also chose to have us make their L’hotel wedding video.
We love it when couples book us for both photo and video. Our team are so familiar with working with each other that it really compliments the wedding photos and offers a new perspective on the days events.
Photographs are great at capturing moments in time and allowing you to relive them. However, wedding videos go that step further and allow you to hear a mother giving a heartfelt speech or a happy couple exchanging vows.
As you can see from the video above it captures the day in stunning HD and gives a short snapshot of the days events. We also offer longer length videos which document the wedding day in much more detail and provide you with a complete record from start to finish.
The above style of video can also be requested as a same day edit. This means that you can play the video to your family and friends at the evening reception of your wedding.
A wedding video is a great accompaniment to your wedding day photography and we would always recommend that our couples choose us to document both.
