Shek O Tai Mo Shan Hong Kong Pre Wedding Photography

I have been very lucky with my photography since I have been back in Hong Kong and getting to work with couples who love my style and allow me to shoot how I want to shoot is amazing. I’ve had two very busy years since I have been back and I’ve been shooting and improving everyday.

Peter is actually a photographer himself so it was a shoot with added pressure to impress him! However I didn’t let this alter my approach and with every couple I like to find out about their background, their hobbies and interests etc so I can create a unique set of images tailored to them. Sanson and Peter own a lovely yellow mini and Peter is a big fan of drinking! I suggested we create some playful images of Sonson in the driver seat while Peter is drinking a beer. This is actually the main reason why Peter is pushing her to pass her driving test as well! So she can drive everywhere while he has a nice cold beer in the passenger seat.

So after we decided to go ahead with this idea, I want to make the most of the car and so proposed another idea involving oversized balloons. I am so glad they took my advice and trusted me to take photos for them. In the end it is always an honour to create a memory for a couple and especially another photographer.
ps. I really can’t wait to shoot their big day next weekend!
